VBS 2025
It’s time to register for Vacation Bible School!
VBS will be here in a few short weeks and we would love to have your child or grandchild participate with us! This year, VBS is a one-day event to be held at Chickasaw Trace Park just outside Columbia.
This year, we’re learning about the Beatitudes! These are the eight blessings that Jesus delivered from the Sermon on the Mount. Using music, crafts, lessons and skits, we will learn about the Beatitudes in the beautiful natural surroundings of the park.
Schedule
Campers may be dropped off at Chickasaw Trace Park starting at 8:30am. Please have bug spray and sunscreen already applied!
VBS begins at 9:00am.
Parent supervised water play begins after lunch, approximately 12pm-12:30pm. VBS volunteers and instructors cannot supervise children during water play.
Closing ceremonies begin at 2:00pm with a sing-along, story recap, and closing prayer.
*What to Bring*
Wear outdoor clothes to play and have fun in
A full water bottle with the child’s name clearly labeled
Water clothes/a change of clothes and a towel
Water shoes, if desired
